Become a “Veteran” Poll Worker
US.VOTE joins Vet the Vote in their call-to-action to veterans and military family members to build a nationwide organization of poll workers to support our free and fair elections.
With the new Vote in Honor of a Veteran program at US.VOTE, we are proud to give the visibility to the selected state programs that they very much deserve. Not all states offer the program and here we will highlight those that do. It means a lot to individual voters to cast their ballot in honor of a veteran who mattered so much to them in their own personal lives.
According to Vet the Vote, over 65,000 veterans and military family members have served as poll workers, creating a diverse and deeply engaged body of civically-minded citizens supporting voters to exercise their franchise.
